Women Protect Women

There is no law targeting men that compares to the erosion of our bodily autonomy that was triggered when Roe v. Wade was struck down by the Supreme Court.

In addition, Texas doesn't allow for citizen led, statewide ballot initiatives protecting women's access to abortion like in Kansas. That means we need to get women to the polls in 2024 to elect representatives and judges who will expand women's right to make their own decisions. 

Texas Blue Action has identified close to 1.1 MILLION women in Texas who didn't vote in 2020. That is why we are launching our women’s initiative! Using abortion rights messaging that was successful in Kansas and beyond, we will use a multilayered outreach program, including the power of the relational program we launched in the 2022 cycle, to get these women to the polls.
