Blue Action Democrats is organized by chapters. Each chapter encompasses a regional area of voting precincts within that community. Each precinct within a chapter is lead by a Democratic Precinct Chair or a lead volunteer who helps coordinate the block-by-block volunteers who lead voter outreach.
Blue Action chapters help recruit volunteers and organize the voter education for their communities. Across chapters, we share systems, resources, and best practices, building ground game infrastructure that functions year-round, interacting with voters on a continual basis regarding candidates, issues, and voting procedures. This increases engagement and turnout.

Our relational program allows volunteers, organizations, and campaigns across the state to connect with each other and integrate their individual networks into a statewide coordinated communications and GOTV platform, in which every voter is contacted by someone they know personally.
